With our 6 week program Desire-GetMoved, we establish a step-by-step routine to improve your physical condition. Within the training sessions, the exercises we propose will first help you breathe properly and develop a better resting heart rate. Then, we use an effective combination of mobility and conditioning techniques to reach your goals and see results.

Are you not in the mood to be active? If so, don’t worry, we all start somewhere. At the beginning of Get Moved, we will start with basic endurance and cardiovascular exerciseto activate different pathways in your body. Then we give you exercises that improve mobility and flexibility patterns and use several other components to help you engage your body and improve your physical condition. At the end of the program, the changes can be measured with Cardioscan devices. However, the tangible results of managing daily activities with ease is proof enough.
