Eat chocolate and still be healthy?

You wants to start to train but still stick on your ,,bad" nutrition habits? Actually they are not really bad. Most of us are thinking too much about whether we have to train and at the same time focus on a clean nutrition plan as we use to read in many papers. But give you tools to loose weight if you have had hard time to throw those excessed pounds. Many clients asked me this question and were surprised to get my answer. Yes, it is possible! At Mendyathletics we don't preach a diet and don't want you to live with this mentality that you are cheating or indulging. So please eat your chocolate and enjoy it! And i can go further telling you that you can loose the extra pounds only and only if you enjoy your chocolate at that time while eating it. Too many persons think that the only way to loose weight and have abs is to eat an iceberg of lettuce and salat, steamed broccoli and asparagus. At that point we say that you that you have to start to see nutrition as a fuel to feed your body and help you perform better your daily activiities. While most of the persons tend to avoid carbs, fats and even some proteins in the pursuit of sixpack abs, i can tell you that this is a huge mistake. Rice, couscous, potatoes, butter and oils should be part of a nutrition plan that is able to help you lose weight and put on lean muscles. The Carb phobia which is rampant these days is something that likely obbing your muscles the exact nutrients they need to perform at their best. Didn't we all make the experience to completely elimate those called ,,starched" carbohydrates in our diet and after fall off quickly the nutrition plan we wanted to strictly respect? Here we integrate chocolate in your nutrition plan and give you a simple routine to do in order to reach step by step your goals.


1. One glas of water Incorporating one glas of water in your daily life sounds very easy. Isn't it? Yes, you need it. We urge you to drink early in the morning after you waked up and after each meal during the day.

2. One hour of walking We don't want you to go for a run. Please just go for a walk in the nature or discover once a week during one hour the life which is going on in the city where you live.

3. Do this workout at home Beyond the two steps listed before, we provide you a simple training programm to try. Here are some of the moves that keeping you burning fat: Put first five markers or bottles on the ground in your room or wherever you want to do the workout.

a) 10 Pushups(on your knees if you can't do the normal ones)

b) 10 Squats Jumps

c) 10 Abs- V-Ups

d) 10 Biceps Curls while standing on one foot

e) 10 High knee between the five markers

This sample of exercices should be done as one round and then take a rest between 10-30 seconds. Depending on your fitness level we want you to repeat this round and using the number 8 for the next round and 6 for the next round and so one. And this won't take you that much time. You will need at least maximum 30 Minutes for this circuit and you are done.
